Guarantee Policy

Applies to: The Enrollment Pack sold on [lowermyinternet.com] by [Hoosier Site Solutions] (“we,” “us,” “our”).
We want this to be risk-free for you. If our Pack doesn’t get you apply-ready fast, you shouldn’t pay.
1) Our Guarantee (What we promise)
Apply-Ready in 7 Days — Guaranteed.
If you cannot assemble everything you need to submit your application within 7 calendar days of purchase using our Pack, we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops — just email your order number.
What “apply-ready” means in this policy:
- You have a complete, correct application packet for the ISP/program and ZIP you selected, including:
- a tailored document checklist (proof of eligibility, ID, address),
- current application and/or address-checker links,
- step-by-step screenshots of the online flow, and
- support phone numbers and a simple fallback script if online steps fail.
We guarantee clarity and completeness of the process we provide. We do not guarantee ISP service availability, approval, installation dates, or specific monthly savings (those are controlled by the ISP).
2) Who is eligible
- You’re covered if all of the following are true:
- You purchased the Enrollment Pack from [Lowermyinternet.com] within the past 7 calendar days.
- You used the Pack for the ISP/program and ZIP you selected at checkout.
- You followed the Pack’s steps and still could not assemble what you need to submit the application.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3) How to claim

Include: your order number and (optional) a sentence on what blocked you (helps us improve).
We’ll confirm receipt and process your refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4) What’s not covered
To keep this fair and clear:
- ISP outcomes: We can’t guarantee service availability, eligibility approval, installation/activation dates, or fees set by your ISP.
- Wrong selection: If the ISP or ZIP you provided at checkout was incorrect for your address, the guarantee doesn’t apply (we can often fix this — email support to receive an updated packet).
- Changes after delivery: If an ISP changes a page or link after we delivered your Pack, see our Freshness Promise below.
- Abuse/fraud: We may decline claims showing clear abuse (e.g., repeated refunds across multiple accounts, payment fraud).
We honor one guarantee refund per customer to keep this program generous and sustainable.
5) Our Freshness Promise
- If any link or step in your Pack is out-of-date when you receive it, we’ll fix it within 1 business day — or refund you.

6) How we keep the Pack current
We review official ISP program pages and links monthly.
We monitor key pages for changes and show a “last verified” date inside each Pack.
If you spot something off, tap “Report an update” in your Pack — we prioritize those fixes.
7) Examples (to set expectations)
Covered: Your Pack lists which eligibility, ID, and address docs to prepare and shows where to upload, but despite following the steps you still don’t have everything needed to submit within 7 days → Refund.
Covered: A link in your Pack is out-of-date at delivery → we fix within 1 business day or refund.
Not covered: The ISP’s site says service isn’t available at your address → not guaranteed (outside our control).
Not covered: You entered the wrong ZIP at checkout and used the wrong program flow → contact support to correct; guarantee doesn’t apply to the initial purchase.
Not covered: You didn’t open/use the Pack within the 7-day window → the guarantee period has passed.
Not covered: The 7-day window for refund passed → the guarantee period has passed and no refund will be issued.
8) How refunds are issued
Refunds are sent to your original payment method (via Stripe).
You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is submitted; bank posting times vary (typically 5–10 business days).
If your card is closed, your bank may route funds to your new card or issue a mailed check — contact your bank for details.
9) If you’re in the EU/UK
If we sell to your region: by completing checkout and receiving instant digital access, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the statutory withdrawal right for digital content where applicable. Our 7-day Apply-Ready Guarantee still applies as described above.

11) Changes to this policy
